yeah I know. It's related to the supply and demand issue for swapping for dUSD rather than minting them at the actual $1 oracle price. This is why there was just passed a new way to "fix" the value of the dUSD to draw it closer to one dollar by allowing vault loans to be repaid on the dUSD with DFI at 99cents on the dollar. Once this is in place then then the price will get sort of "arbitraged" back to one dollar value for swaps as well. https://github.com/DeFiCh/dfips/issues/99

AFAIU it: yes. will also fix the payback-loan error. This release will lead to a hardfork, so it will (hopefully) be released early January and the hardfork should happen around 11th of january. at least from what i understood. Based on the fact that it isn't released yet, there might be some changes in timelines. at least the CEX will probably need more than 2 weeks heads-up, otherwise they probably go into maintenance again :/
