So it's like this: Sentinel made a blockchain and have their own coin called VPN. Anyone can build on top of that. Sentinel themselves made a framework on top of it that allows for dVPN nodes to be created by anyone. Separate from this framework they build an app that interacts with that framework of dVPN nodes. Now everyone can build their own app that interacts with that framework as well called whitelabels. We now have 2 whitelabels apps. 1 is called Velocity and 1 is called Exidio.
