Hey, I have a question. who sets the subscription price

in the official sentinel shield app? I don't get how it's determined. why is it 1333 tokens? can it change? do I get access to only specific nodes or to all nodes? I don't understand what this number is based on and how the nodes get their tokens for providing services from this subscription. thanks

Thanks. How will the price change? Does it depend on the token price? Will it be like market driven? So the price will be fully dynamic without any subscriptions, right? Do you think it will be comfortable for a user who is used to monthly/yearly fixed payment? Can there be a situation when the price skyrockets all of a sudden and the users pays like $10 per month? Sorry for so many questions, trying to understand.

1) from what I understand, base price for subscription stay fixed in $, but since it is token based, price in DVPN will fluctuate. 2) it will not depend on price of token 3) hopefully yes, at least the goal is to be market driven 4) subscriptions will have fixed price in $, but DVPN value will be changing 5) good question - there should be some discussions about it 6) with dynamic pricing it won’t happen

Thanks! subscription price looks like a forecast price of how much the average user consumes and then the total amount of stored tokens is used for payment to the nodes. Something like that?

Meile already had dynamic plan pricing. It stays at $3.14/mo and $6/mo in $DVPN for basic and premium plans respectively and is updated every 24 hours.

Fixed priced DVPN, unless you our script to adjust the price and restart your node https://github.com/freQniK/dvpn_price

Дмитрий Пешков
How did you make that? 👀

The actually price to subscribe on-chain is fixed at 50,000 $DVPN. However, we can add your wallet to the plan, for however long of a duration you wish, through our custom API where you pay off-chain (I.e. Monero - or even on chain with IBC coins), at a dynamically adjusted price.
