Hey can someone explain to me how total soft node

staking rewards went up by 30% from Nov to Dec staking period even though there were more nodes in Dec?

The rewards were higher for December as there was just over 9 million DAG for the rewards pool in November. In December and ongoing there is 12 million in the rewards pool to be shared. 😊

Thank you. But does that mean that theoretically the more soft nodes are staked the smaller the rewards per node are?

Yep, that's correct. Of course there is the assumption that as more nodes are staked, less available supply creates scarcity. That combined with the increasing value of every DAG leading up to and then after the release of the MainNet 2.0 and the rewards will still be gold! :)
