If you set to 91 days initially, then yes. When the stake-lock was ON, it prevented the duration from counting down. The system sees that your stake is at 91 days left everyday and reward it appropriately. Now that you switched it OFF, the stake duration can move and you'd have to wait for that to pass

91 days before you can unstake. After 91 days, go back to the stake, initiate unstaking, it will take 3 days. After that initiate withdraw and it will be in your wallet instantly.
