Meaning if someone successfully outbid me and won the auction,

my token will be immediately returned right? Unless I'm the winner of the auction with the highest bid. Is there any fees and charges in between for the bid? Sorry still pretty new to auction 😅 just saw it in the light wallet and it looks interesting

Correct, it is interesting but be careful to do the math as some auctions are unprofitable to bid on at present. The first bid had to cover the loan value + 5% penalty. Any bid after that needs to be at least 1% higher than the current bid. Full details on GitHub I believe. The blockchain currently doesn’t run perfectly to 30 seconds per block, so be aware that you might find auctions finish before indicated in the app.

Well... if DUSD auctions were profitable, someone would take them instantly. People would keep bidding until there's almost no profit.

dUSD auctions are rare but they are often profitable because of the inconsistent block timing you see auctions close at lower amounts before the genuine final bids come through.
