What causes less nodes to be needed for an attack as the count goes up? Isnt it 2/3 for an attack in other pos Protocols or like 51% in btc?

Confused on this tho, why is it 60% at 5 nodes then 80% at 10? Wouldn't it still be 60% so 6 nodes? And what is the source for this?
