Will the protocol automatically accommodate throughput per dag as well

as dag requirements for a node in an automated sense based on protocol “measurement/status”?

Or is this done thru a hierarchy of control where constellation labs have the control and will be in decision entirely of how much dag equals in throughput and how much dag is needed per node ?

Well it's really constantly being informed by the machine learning models within the PRO consensus..so likely over a period of time they could have enough data to determine when that needs to occur
