I don't recall penalties at all. The bounties will be rather variable and I don't see why you couldn't have one at 2922 W 3rd and next door at 2920 W 3rd. Does that beget you the best/most data? That's probably a better question.

I'm sure they know where they are located. But it wouldn't really benefit you. Since the normal dag rewards are based on the reward pool being split amongst other DTM owners. The bounties are where you would make extra rewards and those bounties will be able to set their own rules.
