Questions for about kda safe transfers: is it two different

transactions on the blockchain? and can you do it only if both parties use chainweaver? i.e. cant send a safe transfer from an exchange. and since the receiving party needs to paste the code, allowing the transaction to take place, this is a new type of payment? (the receiver is the one that makes it happen (rather than the sender) so if you want to get paid you have confirm an incoming transfer to your account.) did i get that right? thanks

It's two different transfers inside the same transaction. Both parties do need to sign (though that doesn't mean it needs to happen through chainweaver).
