see that kucoin for example is in maintenance and Hoo withdraws in the ethereum network
Carefull with Hoo, as they have the ERC-20 version of DFI listed, not the native DFI token. You can use bittrex or DFX.swiss for example :)
If you send BTC/ETH/LTC/USDT to Cake, it will be exchanged for dBTC/dETH/dLTC/dUSDT which can be withdrawn to your DeFiChain address and you can swap it for native DFI.
any bridges? i dont like kyc cex
DFX.swiss has no KYC for up to 900€ daily. Other than that, I guess only waiting for kucoin to get back online again. An EVM is on the works, but currently still not deployed.
I buy BTC with fiat on Coinbase and send BTC to Cake, then send to light wallet and use the wrapped BTC to fund my Defichain investments.
That's the best approach for the time being. Fee wise, I would consider Dash, LTC or BCH, as they have the lowest fees in Cake to send to the light wallet
In case you need to have a quick check for the future with regards to the exchanges, save the below link. Quite usefull with plenty information, including the operational status of the biggest 3 exchanges for DFI 🙂 https://defichain-income.com/
Any videos or how to’s on this?
De procedure is straight forward. You send from, for example Binance, your BTC to cakedefi, then you can send it to your DeFiChain Wallet
