The thing is, contrary to what I might have said before, I now would say that there isn't really a "person/form/something" to submit your integration process. DeFiChain has more autonomy and decentralization now that you really could just make the code yourself and try to implement it, with support of the community. Otherwise, you could try finding the core developers, although we are moving away from using any type of team.
