Just to be sure: when connecting the ledger nano to

the browser wallet no mnemonic is created right?

that's how it works - you have ledger seed phrase and all wallets private keys are derived from it. so, having access to your ledger seed phrase gives you (or anybody with your seed phrase) full access to all your ledger wallets, here is some doc https://developers.ledger.com/docs/nano-app/psd-masterseed/

Yes, set up the ledger using “recover wallet” using the seedphrase of your Terra wallet, you will then be able to sign transactions on your terra wallet using the ledger

hold on, this i dont understand. if you set up the ledger for the first time you write down your revovery phrase. once this is done i installed the terra browser wallet and got a seed and a mnemonic. So now i conncted the ledger with the terra browser wallet and got a new seed, but no new mnemonic. So is the previous inital mnemonic required in case i uninstall the brwoser wallet ?

mnemonic is created but it's managed by ledger, you won't have access to it. to have access to all your wallets on ledger, you just need to have mnemonic for ledger
