Hello, I have a problem with a transaction with telos

Bought some telos through the telos web wallet and moonpay, but have still not received the tokens. Moonpay said I need to contact the wallet provider as the transaction has been completed and verified in the blockchain

Looks like a Newdex issue, there's no transactions from 3 March to early this morning, seems to be working now Your transaction seems to have happened in that period, maybe they had some sort of maintenance/outage or something. Try contacting Newdex support once on their website newdex.io, sharing this transaction hash https://bloks.io/transaction/0ea5891b3754d51ad3fa67ee0d0a1f6da0c3895fd57a46fea979b17d29256f0c The eos has been sent to Newdex, but the TLOS never came

Moonpay doesn’t provide telos option on their list as far as I am aware. User has to choose EOS and then process the transaction. So we just have to announce this option is no longer available
