This is a big concern for holders. Not yet delineated but there might be a form of "replacements". They can't do much with it once stolen. Because you run the dashboard for it...but we know ppl are curious so yeah a great question.

Ok thanks. I mean maybe the kit isn't worth that much and a replacement is like a few bucks? But the cost of 3 to 5k is for the right to use the mine? How much is it anyway?

The most recent sale window it was under 5K equivalent of $DAG or $LTX. Said sale window closed. Going forward I am not informed of the cost per unit.

Ok thanks. Maybe the actual unit only costs $10 or something. But if not, I'm not leaving like 5 iPhones worth of kit that's only secured by some two sided sticky tape in the public! Interested to see what the solution is

Long as it can be connected to wifi OR to the Helium network then it's good almost anywhere. Not sure I would have it outside if elements were an issue (snow, rain, wind) but we will learn more on this topic as we go.
