you back this question. What makes BTC or ETH valuable? Yes, there are many coins in the market, and the crypto scene right now is full of new coins and alt coins and meme coins and projects that are trying to stand out one over another.

There are many Defi projects as well, not just defichain and DFI. Each one wants to stand out among the crowd by creating a value proposition for its blockchain. And honestly, that’s just it.

I’d say go read up on DeFiChain’s whitepaper. Which goes into why this particular blockchain was created, and what points/problems that DeFiChain is meant to solve. You can also see a high level overview of what DeFiChain plans to achieve as a roadmap to the future.

Most of us who invest in defichain, believe in its proposals and growth. Though nobody can say if this project will eventually succeed as you look into that 10-year future, when all coins are minted and rewards comes from fees.

I want to believe too, thats why I want to understand it first. We cannot compare it with btc and eth, because they stayed at the front for so many years, everyone knows it and they will never be forgotten. as you say there are many dex, and thats why I wanna know what makes us outstandable.
