Hmm then if say dbtc-dfi pool currently at 50% Apr,

now both dbtc and dif appreciate 50% each. And assume no new liquidity added. Apr will now be 25%?

Or is my assumption not possible to happen as appreciation of price will need increase in demand which causes swaps.

Changes in token price in your lm share will cause a rebalancing of token ratios you hold. This may cause a shift in swap fees that you gain, but it will not directly impact the apr of the pool. The apr of each pool come from blockchain emissions and each pool has a fixed total %, with a fixed decay rate %. It can go up or down beyond this based on pool participation.
