Sort of. Basically block one was receiving payment every year under the expectation they’d help EOS. They didn’t care to help EOS, so the community voted to stop those payments. Most of the community despises block one and wants to distance EOS from them. The community finally formed a foundation, the EOS Network Foundation, to do what block one should have done. That happened a few months ago. They’ve been heads down working. Fruits of their labor finally coming now…
