Hopefully its a scare tactic... idk. If it passes I can see a dump... if it is rejected, I can see even more of a pump. I'm not sure which way it will go. Will be devastating if passed...

😊 They seized centralized assets. Not decentralized. That's a big difference. If you want to stop a blockchain, you have to shutdown electricity and internet. Otherwise blockchain will keep running. The only risk is, converting crypto into fiat. They can regulate the central Exchanges, monitor your bank account and so on. But i'm sure, you will find a way. And maybe in some years, it's not neccessary to convert your crypto into Fiat. But to be honest: How should I know that. This is just my humble opinion. Everyone must form their own opinion about this and act accordingly.
