If you are, go into the browser's settings and make sure the default wallet setting is set to "none". Otherwise, Brave is known to cause some weird interferences. 2) Then check that your wallet is not locked. You unlock a wallet by logging into it. Don't forget to lock your wallet again when you've finished using it! 3) Now, check that the wallet which is connected to your account at The Sandbox is on the Ethereum Network, not the Polygon Network. 4) And then check that there is enough ETH in the wallet for gas fees. 5) Also, have a peek at Etherscan.io to ensure the transaction is not already in progress. You can't claim something that you've already claimed. Please remember that the speed of the transaction depends on factors such as blockchain congestion and how much gas you committed to the transaction.
