How come when I look at some delegates they have

a low apr % but when I read the description they say they pay out 90% block rewards foundation bonus and epoch reward? Also claim to payout with Hermes

Ya that's what I was looking at. Ok go check out the bittaker delegate. That's who I was looking at earlier. It says 3% but 90% payout with Hermes. That's why I was confused

Bro it's indeed 3.22% pay out as your Apr but 90% as foundation bounce, which it's been divided per numbers of iotx stake Holder NOT voters. Remember only 36 are elite for consensus but 24 are randomly selected to mining epoch for blocks. that doesn't mean other delegate below 36 can't move to become consensus, they have to earn more votes to move . Remember bittaker are yet to fully onboard iotex platform.

Most delegate do pay out in Hermes... The best way to look at it is through apr for example metanyx Apr is 4.48%
