to launch a project on Constellation, funds are needed to pay developers to create their dApp before being able to submit the project to try to get into the Flight program, or is only a business and a concept / pitch deck needed to submit and successfully get into the flight program?
the latter
Whoa bro. Slow down. You show up with your idea and a rough "paper" of sorts that presents your concept and how you think it will work. You could create a pitch deck. You don't need to gather devs until you reach that acceptance level. But I guess it would not hurt to start getting a line on the market for them.
Okay, thanks this definitely helps. So just so I make sure I’m understanding correctly, it needs to be a company, then there needs to be a concept. What is the best way to communicate or showcase this concept to increase likelihood of Flight Program acceptance? A rough paper (how in-depth?) discussing the aspects of the concept in full, and/or pitch deck?
You don't have to be a legally formed company first. No doubt it could help but I don't believe it's required to submit to the FP
Read the Alkimi white paper
Then when accepted, the Constellation team just coaches you on how to create a proper white paper, and so on (going through the entire Flight Program curriculum)
I believe you have an assigned human to help you, yes.
Can you send me a dm?
Is this the actual @SSBVegeta ?
