Where are you getting the error ?

when i try to unlock and reclaim my old staking contract on the eth chain , upon making transaction to the new address the code pops up and cant transfer previously staked funds

A 501 error is not something you can fix or remove, but rather requires a fix by the web server admin who manages the website and server you are trying to access. Which URL is it? Fetch Bridge?
