think anout it? Im still bullish, but made me a little unscerten. Here is the comment ”Feels like it is to free up holdings by doing a conversion, and then CLAIM they are burning the coins…but instead either…
A: reclaiming them as foundational liquidity for the upcoming run
B: getting the most sought after AI coins in the hands of whales late to the party (eg, Saudi Arabia / UAE…as the timing is FAR TOO CONVENIENT to their announcement of wanting to heavily invest in the crypto space)

PLUS
This close to regulations (international in the summer and most likely US by this coming year), it seems they are RUSHING to do the merger (which means it is going to be short-lived, as a newly developed group will most likely NOT get the approvals to survive the coin purge come legislation)

I will use the analogy again, it is like deciding to spontaneously replace your motherboard 1 minute before you knowingly and importantly need to use your computer

Plus the fact that they are saying the conversions require users to actively do it (and in yesterday’s AMAs said that users can hold their tokens if they wish), leaves open a back door for them to potentially hand out the “””burned””” tokens to the new big money, rug the new coin, and say something along the lines of
“oh ASI didn’t work, those who held are lucky, but you can still buy back in for much higher prices”

UNLESS Brokerages / Exchanges have enough faith to do coin:coin 1:1 INVOLUNTARY AND AUTOMATIC conversions for all holders (as in they see no backlash or legal repercussions) - this personally feels like a means to open holdings for late comers”. All i want is your thought on it, i will still hold my fetch bag, but yeah

Yes i know, i have alreddy red everything that fetch has posted on their sites and all their post on ther official pages on x. I just like to find positive and negative sides👍🏻 and then come to forumes like theese ones to discuss.

"It feels like", but it's not. Since exchanges are going to adopt it, most liquidity are coming from CEX and autoswap will be done on them, there is no way that can be happen. Users can hold because they can swap whenever they want.
