I personally might try to find another one, strictly for increasing decentralization.
There are testnet operators using home hardware set ups, Vultr, AWS, DigitalOcean, and more. There are a large variety employed and are NOT same geographic region either.
I have Comcast for internet... or I would do it at my house too. My internet has gone down at least 5 times since beginning of year
VPS providers are usually more reliable then "at home" hosting, unless you have a business internet connection and some reliable server infrastructure with UPS in case of power outage etc.. Most VPS providers have redundancy out-of-the-box so even if certain hardware would fail, your server is moved seamlessly to other hardware without outage. That said, there is always some chance of having a bit of downtime, which is why most don't / can't guarantee 100% up time (almost impossible to guarantee this). But having some small downtime from time to time probably wouldn't impact your PRO score that much. It's only if your node is consistently unreliable, that your PRO score will be impacted significantly (at least that's what I think)
