Anyone successful play the arbitrage trade by creating vault -

mint token with oracle price then sell at premium in DEX?

Is it easily play out in reality?

Possible but not so easy because it's a closed loop system. You need to buy back the token at some point of time. For myself I run a bot with a more complex algorithm.

Look for any token with premium right now. Say dTSLA, there is 8% premium. Mint it in vault - - - > then immediately swap it into USDC - - - > then add it back into vault as collateral - - - > look for another premium gap opportunity and repeat. I have the idea above, havent factor in fees. Doable?

Doable, but do you know what you are doing in this case? You are opening short positions for the dTokens (e.g. dTSLA) (You are betting that the price will decrease) Swap in USDC would be quite expensive. dTSLA - DUSD 0,4% fee + price impact + slippage DUSD - DFI 0,3% fee + price impact + slippage DFI - USDC 0,2% fee + price impact + slippe So this will cost you already 0,9% to 1,x%

Yes you need to be in the abitrage group we have done this loads. At one point we minted DSPY and sold at $689 had almost 100k in it closed loans in the 460/470’region

The alert is just there to notify you when you can close the loan for a profit

I am doing just that if I think the premium is too high. I mint a stock token. Swap to DUSD and set up an alert here to be notified when I can swap back the DUSD to the loan token for a profit: https://staging.defichain-trader.com/
