and some DFI, I can see them both in my assets but when I try to add them to the liquidity mining the BTC does not show up as available. Any reason for this?
Quick question, you mean dBTC and DFI, or actual BTC, in the (Beta) feature?
No Actual BTC (in Beta)
I am afraid I have bad news for you. That feature is not enabled at the moment, it is supposed to be enabled once the atomic swap capabilities of the wallet are released. Sending BTC to it may render it unusable until the feature is enabled. Honestly I never used the feature yet since it's beta, I don't know if and how dificult it may be to withdraw it again. For any token other than DFI, a wraping must occur to be able to be used inside the defichain wallet, at Cakedefi, which, while these capabilities are not released, acts as a custodian of the real unwrapped tokens, in case you dont want to convert them inside the defichain wallet by using DFI

Thanks Bernd! Never thought of this one, it will be usefull! 🙂
So liquidity mining BTC/DFi in the desktop wallet is not doable then?
@nigelcardwell Kindly DM me
You can only use dbtc on Defichain
Convert all of your BTC to DFI, send all of the DFI to your wallet, swap half to dBTC, and then you can liquidity mine. :) Good thing KuCoin and Bittrex both have direct BTC-DFI pairs, that way you can save on fees 👍
