Hi All, I need some help/advice on a very bad experience

with KuCoin reference their internal original BTT to BTTC swap! Even though being setup to receive all notifications they failed to notify me of this KuCoin internal swap which I later found was not inline with the official BTT swap!
Due to finding out after their internal deadline they have automatically converted my original BTT = 202.5337 to BTTC = 202.5337
The official BTT swap states my original BTT should now be BTTOLD if not converted and BTTOLD does not have to be converted to BTTC!
My original BTT = 202.5337 if swapped should now be BTTC = 202,533.70

KuCoin’s internal swap which they failed to notify me forces any amount under 400 original BTT to be swapped for BTTC at a ratio of 1:1!

KuCoin has claimed many thousands/millions of BTTOLD and BTTC from their customers by deliberately not notifying them of this swap!

They can clearly see that they have failed to be fair and offer the true BTT swap!

Can anyone help me and all the other KuCoin BTT customers who have lost their entitled new BTTOLD or new BTTC, thanks?

Have u tried contact to their support team?

Yes contacted KuCoin support but they do not want to help! So trying to get help from BitTorrent direct or anyone who experienced this same event!

BitTorrent can do nothi g with exchanges, they have their own policies, this is why we always recommend that u have all your funds in a wallet

Yes, this is an example of what exchanges can and will do with our hard earned coins/tokens! I know SOLOGENIC stopped several exchanges from claiming tokens which they did not or would not pass onto to the customers! Was hoping BitTorrent has a policy in place to protect their customers too! Very disappointed with KuCoin as they used be trustworthy but greed has and is taking over.

BitTorrent can protect your funds in all related about their chain and ecosystem. But being decentralized means that can do nothing with third parties that they have their own policy sorry 🙇🏻‍♂ try help in their official group, their admins, open a ticket to make a complaint... make noise there
