Hi, would like to ask, since the vault loan are

backed by crypto - DFI, BTC, ETH etc.

If let say FED continue to tightening and there is another 50% crash again in crypto, you think what will happen to the vault collateral %.

Will there be a chance where the DFI ecosystem in DEX and loan vault will be screwed if there is another crash again?

If there is a crash more than 30% in one hour vaults will stop so you can add collateral.

Then of course you risk liquidating. The DEX doesn’t control value, the market does, and if the whole market is down and the coins you use for collateral goes down, you will of course need to maintain a healthy balance in your vault by your own means. Now if you are talking about a sudden crash, then there are mechanisms on defichain to lock a vault to protect users from large swings.

Vault collateral moves with normal price movements Depending on what you have as collateral depends on how it moves and is affected As long as you maintain you collateral % eg 150% or 200% or whatever level you selected to borrow at you will be fine
