Hi! Considering that usdc is not a defichain ecosystem coin but rather issued by Circle, the best source of information would rather be actually Circle (website below) of any tier 1 exchange like coinbase or Binance, not exactly a blockchain. You can find several on them through the web :) https://www.circle.com/en/usdc

Actually they can have, but not exactly on the level we are used to see I would say, more on the relative strenght indexes and so on, basically benchmarks, nothing more. As you said, it's supposed to be 1$. More important on it would be to know the kind of backup and if it is enough to cover the circulating supply. TA is for each coin by itself or a pair of say two coins. Not a complete portfolio. Then you have to look at the efficient portfolio frontier, alpha, beta, sigma and volatility etc.
