Hello, does IoTexPad still the first Pad on IoTeX net?

We are not the owner of the project, they only built their project on our network. So we don't have the order to influence or tell them how they should handle their group

I can't speak for any project because it was not built by IoTex core team. Again, an AMA reward issue does not make a project to be scam. I will advise you to be calm and find out why they are not entertaining such question

"The first pad IoTeX chain was scammer" its big title let me share, firstly when I am asking the rewards, admin told me to ask to the projects/ ElfMatrix then when I asked them the team/ ElfMatrix, sharing the proof that they was pay to IoTeXPad. on those case, I ve reported Elf Matrix to theirs advisors/ tehmoonwalkers (in these case, I am wrong, but all refered to the IoTexPad admin)
