separate Stargzer wallets vs staking all in one wallet? Currently I have 2 nodes in one wallet.
Not that I know. It's just how I have done it.
Any reason or just using 2 different wallets for whatever?
I think I'm the previous HH it was mentioned that soon you will need to have softnodes separated into different wallets. Which is how real dag nodes are as well
Can anyone share more details about this and when it will take place?
Once mainnet 2 goes live , you need individual wallet for each node
Time frame on mainnet? Also if using individual wallets can it be all still noded in one area or does each wallet require separate dashboard etc?
This is in reference to the "shards" language change in Lattice. It's already live. It's really just a display difference for users - no change in rewards structure or anything different you need to do to stake.
The difference is that before if you have 1 wallet w/1M DAG you would see 4 soft nodes in your dashboard. Now you would see 1 soft node with 4 shards. Rewards are distributed based on shards now so there's no change in rewards.
So for now I will leave it alone and when state channels go live will create wallet per node etc.
