not a good look and wanted to get some opinions on this from you in-the-know chads and chaddettes

For me this kind of thing is a really bad look for any company. Obviously I would assume that Constellation has done all due diligence on Helium prior to partnering and know what the partnership brings, so I'm not worried directly, just as an observer wondering what else this kind of practice implies.

I also note that there are partner/logos on the Constellation website that have not been fully explained or substantiated (AFAIK) such as AWS? Again, I trust that these logos in use on the website are all backed by actual partnership agreements (even if under NDA), but just noting that it wouldn't be a good look if that turned out not to be the case, as with Helium in this article.

Hopefully this isn't read as FUD or anything, I'm just applying healthy skepticism in light of this article

If viking was here he would have kicked people out for spreading the soft fud. First of all you say that you assume constellation has done due diligence of helium and then point to other partnerships? Is that you pointing the finger at helium or constellation for not being truthful?
