according to the sec and dag meets the criteria as well it seams.. There was ico, erc 20 token listed before a product, the founders have alot of the supply, the network is permissioned and its based in the usa
No it's not a security. It's completely a utility tolen
Ya but the sec can still get you for that
Are you an expert in the field?
No I'm just not blind to what the sec just did to other crypto projects
Then you are purely speculating, this is not the place to do that, so I kindly ask you to stop.
No I'm literally just asking questions and basing it on that the sec did and said them selfsselfsame. If the project chat isn't the pace then where is? Are some questions not allowed?
What is not aloud? I wasn't talking of price so what kind of questions/talk arnt aloud?
Speculating on things such as what you were asking, that could be viewed as a fud, speculative talk regarding exchanges, partners, stuff like that.
There won't be a whitelist for mainnet 2.0 as far as i know! You probably just need to run the node software and will go into some sort of queue - details will be announced before the mainnet 2.0 genesis block will be created :)
I get all of them but my talk was definitely not close to fud. It's literally just discussing what is currently happening with the sec and how it could effect the project. I make no crazy fud claims up, I didn't even speak of the wagyu😆
Maybe I miss read but the guy above said their is a white list
I just talked with one of the devs not long ago - so that should be the up to date info imho.
No whitelist but a form of queue.
Any details on this que?
This so far :) https://t.me/constellationcommunity/456415
Sorry but things are much more complicated than you seem to think… You should look at the past cases (Kin, Ripple,…) to understand which assets can be called a security by the SEC (check the Howey test, etc.) Please read these cases before making false assumptions. Constellation is doing very well on all these legal matters ✅
There are 9 more coins the sec deemed securities and yes I have looked at them, the Howey test was used on all of them. And constellation held and ico for an erc20 plus the network is still centralized so I was only talking and asking about my concern. Personally I don't think we are in the green tell it is actually decentralized and open. But that should begin this month
Where do you keep getting that the network is centralized? I believe we currently have more nodes running than ethereum has
TBH we are loosing our time arguing…
I'll dm you if you want to but I don't think people want to talk about this but it's literally closed to people that want to join only the team gives access
Fud? Is that the only word you know? Maybe just drop it, and understand how what works?? No one can join the network unless they are selected and kyc with the team
1. What if you were here early. And supported the network early? 2. That’s not how it works.
Dude what are you talking about? You completely missed my point. It's a closed network. I can't join with out permission. Just drop it tho
