I don't fnd indonesian code to reset my fundp .indo

code is +62 but it doesn't appear on the web with the same code. Why is that ?

I already got it but I failed in the next step when I had to choose captcha pictures. I think captch pictures should be applied bcz it's not effective at all. I already chose the right pictures but it said, I chose the wrong ones. Why not use codes sent to email or phone number which is much more effective for all users. I ended up spending too much time just to reset my fundPW
