the case wasn't already thrown out. I'm not really concerned. My biggest concern is always intent; anyone can twist information to make it fall under whatever law they want. The biggest question to answer is did Constellation purposely deceive investors in such a way to steal their money? 100% no. I highly doubt with every fiber of my being that the team didn't do anything with the intent of deceiving anyone. Hell, go back and listen to the interview Jorgensen did talking about his background prior to becoming CEO of DAG. Personally I feel that the core team has more integrity than 99.999998 of crypto companies.

I agree. I would have left crypto long ago if not for dag. Most other projects are ponzi schemes or destined for failure in that there is no real world use case.
