Hi SEC just sent sue notice to coinbase for offering

unregistered security - crypto.

I'm thinking what will the impact if SEC continue doing this to all CEX, will crypto be dead and all move to BTC only?

How about defichain future?

No, not at all. SEC has jurisdiction in the US, that's all. At best, they delay adoption by creating fud around that. But we all see the world movimg slowly towards this. The US will face more resistence I guess, they have the world reserve currency status, obviously they dont want to lose that. But continuing in this course, ultimatelly, their approach on killing their own thriving amd disruptive industries will render them into a lower global position, will kill innovation and cause a brain drainage to other more tech driven countries around the industry. We are all seeing the world and big players moving slowly into this new world. They are afraid, but they cant deny that it has advantages that cannot be denied. See Blackrock on top of their trillions, studying now stock tokenization, which defichain already have and is perfecting. The SEC it's the US. Just that. And there will always be someone, somewhere, that will grab the share that they want to trow away. Will be easy? No. Will the SEC kill crypto? I risk on saying no also.
