Hmmm… you should research those other companies and agencies? And also actually DYOR on what Constellation has built. There are thousands of nodes so not all of them will be air gapped devices unless the metagraph calls for it 🤷♀️
I know what Constellation built, just looking at the bigger picture we're this can go.
Instead of having to hold the tokens to use the network, the metagraphs need to secure bandwidth. $DAG is bandwidth on the network. In order for these metagraphs to validate on the global L_0 constellation network, they will need bandwidth. Either they must have nodes or $DAG or offer rewards to entice node operators to point at their state channel. If it’s a private metagraph that wants to validate data on the global L_0 constellation network then it must secure bandwidth/ $DAG. HGTP provides end to end encryption, a more secure alternative to http. They use their existing legacy systems to plug in to the Hypergraph seamlessly. It’s a modernized decentralized internet that’s for a trustless environment. Yes, faster secured data. It’s mission critical.
