You see this map at iott dot network, the ucams and pebbles make up those numbers primarily as far as I know… the question is simple - do the smartpoint terminals also get added as a device on the iotex network or is it just using webstream and won’t be a device on the network and won’t be on the iott map I really can’t explain it more clearly than that perhaps @Iotexboy can help clarify if you still don’t get it

They're possibility to that if they're registered on iotex network. But from their tweet they utilize w3bstream node to generate this amount of data points, deploys what look like giant smartphones on city sidewalks. for advertisment eg.
