Can someone clarify, if we hit $1 (or any of

the other targets) the staking rewards are automatically reduced permanently? Or would it be variable, meaning, so long as price is above $1 staking rewards are reduced, but if it dips below, staking rewards are increased again?

thats responsible, this would allow for more years of staking rewards or wps proposal funds right? i hope theres a plan to fund WPS with some profits from something like telos evm. i think its worth printing at least 100,000 tlos a month for continuous wps for anothee ten years if telos is $1 to $10 but maaaan itd be nice to keep 1M a mo th even if we had to print more tlos... $10M a month for proposals would be so amazing. also i bet theres ways to fund a small proposal system with advertising revenue in a telos social dapp if its popular enough.
