@Peter_ce why can we earn loyalty rewards while providing liquidity?

I read earlier I would get to complicated but we could vote on which lp pairs and platforms would get credit. This would also improve liquidity in preferred platforms. I’d be interested in a v3 pair. Imo rewarding loyalty at the cost of losing profits because of inflation and not being able to lp feels overly burdensome…like if you try to make money/participate in capitalism/take away the foundations ability to control you’re disincentivized. But it’s okay for us to dilute you while you hold on to our tokens in hopes of being rewarded in the future. Now Ido appreciate the staking incentives but compared to just being lp. We could miss a lot of revenue and there’s nothing wrong with trying to make the best of an investment. The situation feels lopsided and closed minded to me. I support the work being done but shouldn’t have to catch falling knives because of it. Perhaps I’ll bring this to the forum for voting as well.

Thanks for sharing, I agree that it feels a bit off to not include liquidity pools in snapshots. For loyalty rewards specifically it's tied to being in the hardfork snapshot, so you'd need to be providing liquidity since then too. Checking for lp balances on wallets does make it somewhat more complex. That said, there might be bandwidth for including it in the balance the wallet linking tool provides for collections of wallets, I'll ask for that.

Sweet, I think it’s crucial to give supporter and investors options and flexibility with how they can support SingularityNet while still allowing all to feel welcome and appreciated when they constructively support the project team and ecosystem.

Also I get the purpose of having designated lp pools to foster deeper liquidity and think having multiple platforms available is a good thing maybe three or four options. Having liquidity in a few places ensure decentralization and enhanced security. Plus with aggregators all the pools can still be accessed.
