for 4 years now, I have honest questions (no FUD intended): 1) where did Blockworks (a UK based crypto outlet) get this information? Directly from the DoD? If so, where and who is the source? Is there a letter or a place we can look from the DoD to verify this information? 2) shouldn’t something this important be on several crypto outlets (like when it was on Coindesk, back in the day when Phase 1 was signed)? and 3) the article only states what has been being said all along by the team. If it’s confirmation, where’s the contract?
