bad intentions?
So, if they want to build and use the chain, to give some security. examples:
- Identity of the core team (only to iotex at least)
- A smart contract they have to sign.
Many bad actors have stolen from the community and iotex itself but from a holder perspective I don’t see any step from iotex preventing this actors to keep coming up with different projects and profiting in the expense of trust.
Just wondering..

Its been addressed before and the team aware on this situation. Unfortunately the team have no fully control in 100% filtering the project building in the ecosystem whose the genuine and fake thats why as mod we dont easily promote project here and give the community a warning that do diligently a research what project to take part. As of the moment we ask the project before advertising here ask permission to Daria and provide all specific details in the community forums all there details about there project, links so that we can check there project from there community will decide to take part or not. I will also forward your question to the team so that it will clearly address what is the best way to do in this regard to protect the interest of the community.
What you just mention I was aware of and it’s he been proven that it’s not enough. Iotex should have a joker card. Nevertheless, highly appreciated your quick reply and willingness to provide even more info about it.
