How can it be that my friend (who is platinum

with the 0.5% cashback) is getting a worse rate than myself (lowest tier) when converting 500 eurx to usdt? We are both looking at our nexo app at the same time. He would receive 536usdt, for me it is 538usdt. Been witnessing this for a couple of days now.

Nope, checked at same time with the phones next to each other. My friend (platinum) is the one with the unfavorable rates every single time. Feels like nexo is secretly adjusting rates when you convert some pairs a lot....even when you have a higher tier.
