Is that exclusively for those who do not currently run a mainnet or testnet node? Or can those with 500k and more dag run ( with a bit of luck) multiple mainnet nodes?

Yes correct! And to go more into detail here: The plan is to move IntegrationsNet validators after some time to the mainnet so that they become mainnet validators as soon as spots are open. The open slots for the IntegrationNet will then be filled up again until we reach 300 validators.
