It's a hazardous area, the signing of NDAs regarding sensitive data - which normally involve proprietary (company-developed) information. I think our guys are smart enough NOT to disclose information the DoD has given them and is expected to remain confidential, so no worries there. But, as I said, this area is hazardous - the violation of an NDA is an unsecured obligation, the violation of which is dischargeable in bankruptcy - so the violater walks, unless the claimant can prove FRAUD which is non-dischargeable. Don't want to go down that road, so you gotta be REAL CAREFUL who you give information to in the first place.

Hey @criptix Yes a very professional and classy response to Charles ! I was so excited that Diggles even got word of what Charles had said. I was hoping he’d be able to respond. Then Pow 💥 there he was Like a champion. However which DNA is he speaking about that he can have Charles sign ? I want one too 😁. I can’t imagine it would be the top secret stuff. My understanding is that Only Diggles and maybe Wyatt has that level. Is this correct? I remember hearing/ reading that not all co founders know what Diggles does ?
