new wifi and it would not connect. I have reinstalled my app, recreated my account, made sure my bluetooth is on, made sure green light is on, and my DTM still will not connect to my dor app. to make things more clear I have put in a ticket and DOR kindly sent me a new DTM. I then did all steps mentioned above and still cannot get this dtm to connect to the app. Any thoughts anyone?
This will sound dumb but I assume you took it out the batteries for a bit and then put them back in to reset it?
its a wired connection but yes i have unplugged and replugged. someone mentioned maybe the wire isnt providing the power i need. so ill switch cord and see if that helps.
