Why on earth is that funny. It’s a very necessary part of successful small cap stock investing ie if top 20 list is full of known scammers, generally it’s an avoid signal.

Centralized to the board or owners to do whatever they want Blockchain is a distributed ledger secured by hash and incentives. Stock is just a means of capital generation and doesn’t give you a say in shit as long as they retain the majority Hence how Calvin decided to liquidate plebs who bought taal stock without their consent.
