actually as i said previously all proof of work coins also have legal clarity and the SEC never pursued enforcement action against those projects because there has always been clarity on that point. ripple case was not so clear and hence why SEC sued. but yes now there is some level of clarity but nothing totally set in stone. as you said yourself SEC is just one part of government
