Lets do the simple math. Current BTC for 1 coin is

26,293. So if you buy 1 coin at 26, 293 and expect to double your in vestment, btc 1 coin would have to go up to 52,586... for you to make 26,293 profit.

Lets invest the same in XRP....
26,293 buys you, at XRP price today, of .50, you get 52,586 coins. So if XRP only goes up to 1.00, you have doubled your money, and made 26,293 profit.
So which is more likely to happen? BTC going up 52,586 per coin, or XRP going to 1.00?
Any fool can see which is the better investment.

As long as Ripple Inc burn the 50 billion xrp in escrow, I don't see that price being possible. They'll literally dump because that will make the the richest on the planet 50billion*$26,293 = $1.31465e15 that's stupendous 😆

They only have so much they can put out onto the market. I do not see this as a bad thing in the long run. What it tells me is, they are supplying the growing market at a steady rate, to keep wild price fluctuations in check, and liquidity flowing without wild price swings. Once there is enough placed into the economic system, then it will be at the going market demand. This is just to stabilize the system until then. Exactly, fiat is ink printed on paper, and inflation makes it worthless, ie : Venezuela currency, US currency will do the same. XRP will be a hedge against inflated dollars, holding purchasing power. Once the people wake up to that fact, the demand for XRP will rise, and inturn that rise in acceptance, will make it more valuable.

There's the problem Ripple Inc will forever control the shares outstanding indefinitely if that's the case. Nothing you & me can do to influence the price. Not sustainable. It's just like a stablecoin fluctuating $0.30 – $0.60 anything above that short anything below 👆 buy Ripple Inc can decide what the price of XRP should be 🥺

Ripple has a maximum supply of 100 billion XRP coins, it is not an infinite supply to just be printed at will like fiat.
